Available land may not meet the operator’s requirements, delivery date or development economics.
Translate the brief into a site search; engage landowners and providers; compare locations; commission investigations; and support site-control negotiations with the owner’s counsel.

You should not need to replace your team to get additional execution capacity.
Target the power, water, fiber, entitlement or delivery issues stretching your internal team. We work within your design standards, procurement rules and reporting systems.
Start with site selection or a controlled asset. Define the execution team, investment gates and delivery responsibilities for each funded phase.

03 / HOW WE DELIVER
A targeted mandate should reduce the load on your team, not introduce a competing chain of command.
Review existing work, the actual blocker, customer requirements, decision rights and the required endpoint. Credit what is already achieved.
Agree a named lead, relevant experience, availability, local coverage, specialist appointments and a funded scope before mobilization.
Advance the appointed workstreams, resolve interfaces and escalate decisions with cost and schedule impacts through your existing cadence.
Close against agreed evidence, document remaining obligations and return the completed scope to the owner or operator’s team.
CAPITAL & OPERATOR CONTROLS
Each appointment requires named delivery leadership, attributable experience, availability, site coverage, specialist responsibilities, insurance requirements and acceptance authority. Engineering, surveys, construction and commissioning are performed by the appropriately appointed, qualified firms. Sitebraid is not presented as a licensed engineering practice or general contractor. Delivery capacity is confirmed for each mandate; the website is not evidence of a pre-appointed team.
04 / COMMERCIAL ALIGNMENT
No project equity. No ownership of your sites.
Priced around the named team, site coverage and active delivery period. Specialist and third-party costs are explicitly allocated.
Issue-specific milestones for targeted interventions. Per-IT-MW milestone fees where the mandate actually delivers defined capacity, not a blanket MW charge for every permit or drainage issue.
Agree the starting baseline, acceptance evidence, partial phases, pauses and handback upfront. Independent site evaluation is paid regardless of whether the recommendation is to proceed.
